The new P400e Plug-In Hybrid (PHEV) variant is key to the Defender’s latest enhancements and is available exclusively with the 110-body design. It delivers a blend of performance and economy while also being the most capable and durable electrified Land Rover.

With unrivalled capability and off-road geometry for a full-sized plug-in hybrid electric 4×4, the P400e is capable of being driven in low range purely in EV mode, bringing a new dimension to adventures in the wild.

With a combined 297kW and 640Nm of torque from its 221kW 2.0-litre four-cylinder Ingenium petrol engine and 105kW electric motor, the P400e is capable of accelerating from 0-100km/h in 5.6 seconds, with a maximum 209km/h top speed.

The balance of electric-only driving and petrol performance means the Defender 110 P400e can travel for up to 52km on EV power alone, with fuel economy as low as 3.4 litres/100km and the capability to tow up to 3,000kg.

Defender 110 P400e will be offered in X-Dynamic SE and X-Dynamic HSE trim levels and is available for order now.
